⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐ SHARPENING! I love my newly sharp knives, I do not think they were this perfectly honed even when new. Quite the game changer in the kitchen; I cut up and de-boned a bunch of chicken this afternoon -- the job went quickly, thanks to Paul Seymour's excellent sharpening. my knives now effortlessly cut through tomatoes under their own weight, even a thick skinned cherry tomato cuts like warm butter. Mr. Seymour has the equipment and expertise to do this job right. I noticed he has several chefs and restaurants who trust their knives to him, and he works on some very high end knives for folks who like the best. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐I visited Paul on a Sunday with a knife who's point had broken off. After he was finished the knife looked brand new. Paul was a very personable guy, with a great knowledge of his craft. Paul is not only a great guy he's also very good at getting even the dullest instruments incredibly sharp. I would DEFINITELY recommend!
