How to prepare your knives for delivery to my shop.
How to wrap your knives.
Please do not put stickers or tape on your knives.
The easiest way to bring them in is to roll them up in a dish towel and have your name with the roll or multiple rolls.
How it Works
Customers drop off their Knives in person or can use my secure smart Lock boxes.
1. Place an order online and let me know when you would like to drop off your knives.
2. You will get a message response saying I received your information. You can them come to the shop during working hours or you may use one of the two drop boxes
3. If I’m not available to take them in person you can drop your knives off in one of two secure lock-boxes.
I’m notified by text that you have put you knives in the box. You do not have to wait to hear from me if you are dropping off during my schedule working hours or the drop box hours.
Drop box will auto lock when you push the lid all the way down.
4. To use the box lift the lid and place your knives inside along with your name and phone number. So I can match it with your online order form.
5. When your knives are finished I will contact you and arrange for pick up. Turn around time is normally 1-3 days. During heavy times it can be 5-7 days.

Drop boxes and the shop are near the garage door
This is our new smart box for drop off and Pickups! It’s now to the left of the shop door and garage door on the porch.
To drop off
(1) Hit open button
(2) Put items inside and close the lid.
Pick up
(1) I will provide you a 4 digit code
(2) Enter code and hit large open button
(3) Remove your knives and close the lid- Your done.
Ignore any voice prompts from the box
