Necessary edge maintenance, including minor chips, broken tips, and bolster adjustments when appropriate
Burr removal
PREMIUM SERVICE — $15 PER KNIFE
Everything included in Standard Sharpening, PLUS:
Blade buffing and polishing
Cleaning and light surface restoration (buffing and polishing of plastic and wood handles, when appropriate)
IMPORTANT: All knives receive the same professional edge sharpening, including burr removal and necessary edge maintenance.
Our Premium Service adds blade buffing, polishing, cleaning, and light surface restoration.
Both Western and Japanese kitchen knives qualify for the same pricing.
Significant repairs, including large broken tips or extensive damage, will require a separate estimate.
