Most Knives are just $10 All knives are sharpened using precision sharpening equipment. I take pride in crafting perfect edges.

I do not rush. I spend around 10-20 min per knife, and longer on knives needing repairs.

Knife Handle Replacement -Average cost $125 to $150 per knife.

Restoration work is charged $45 per hour (Estimate Provided upon request) Can take 1-6 months depending on work needed and current workload.

Ceramic Knives- Are very difficult and time consuming to sharpen. Because of this I charge my hourly rate of $45 an hour to sharpen them. I have a method that works well, and is the fastest I know of currently but they still take me 3 to 4 times longer than regular steel knives. Many places will not sharpen them. I do not recommend buying them. You can’t hone them, and once they go dull they are useless until you have them sharpened again and are very prone to chipping. You can bring them in but know it will greatly increase the return time of your knives.
