As stated on my website, standard turnaround is 2–5 business days.I’m a one-person operation and every text or

message I stop to answer takes time away from sharpening and slows things down for everyone.

If it’s been less than 5 business days, there’s no need to follow up.

Minor repairs for broken tips, small chips and bolster reductions and a light clean up and polishing are included in this service
